Personality and other things:

_{Rinaldo is the older brother of both Italies. He also claims to be the oldest republic in the world and has the oldest written constitution that's still in work. Despite being the eldest brother, his military defence is mostly handled by his younger brothers, but he also has his own small military defense in his own nation.
For most of his life, he has stayed neutral (almost just as much as Switzerland) to keep out of trouble. Usually it worked but somehow he occasionally still got into trouble.
Rinaldo is a peace-loving person who seems to be usually neutral about his opinions, rarely taking sides and always thinks logically and pretty much keeps up with the changing trends and is pretty good with technology.
He's fond of wine and cheese making since those are one of his sources of income in his economy. Aside from wine and cheese, he also has banking, electronics and ceramics.
San Marino isn't a EU member but he still gets to use it's currency.}
